Welcome to my Toronto psychotherapy practice
I believe that talking a problem over with a non-judgmental psychotherapist can provide some relief. The problem won’t go away but being heard with experienced compassion can illuminate a pathway, bring an idea to mind, or maybe spark the first tentative unfurling of a solution.
Sometimes a new perspective is created in even one or several psychotherapy sessions together. With this in mind, my practice is focused on working with people on a short term basis (anywhere from one to six sessions) with a goal to gain perspective and move forward. I have a part-time psychotherapy practice so if you are looking for consistent, weekly and long term psychotherapy, I may not be the right therapist for you. On the other hand, if you are reluctant to commit to a regular weekly schedule of psychotherapy, my availability and approach may suit you well.
